According to the needs of teachers, tailored curriculum will be designed to cultivate the teachers' personal abilities, improve the level of international teaching, and broaden the vision of international teaching. Second, in terms of student training, students with bilingual capacity will participate in the training program. With the awareness of “elite education”, they are able to be competitive students on the international stage.
